Job Description / Summary :

The Galley Attendant is responsible to support all areas of the Food Operations department and work alongside the Chefs washing dishes & silverware, keeping the galley clean and learning how a kitchen works from the ground up.

Work Function & Responsibilities :

1. Operates, maintains equipment, china, glassware, and other galley items as well as dishwashing areas
2. Responsible in Galley Cleanliness and Sanitation
3. Monitoring & maintain onboard sanitation and hygiene standard for impeccable cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness
4. Clean all kitchen equipment and machines. Assists with transporting food, provision, china, and other supplies as needed.
5. Assist Chef / Manager as needed
   
   

Requirements :

• Education : Possess High School / Diploma in Hospitality or related field
• Has minimum 1 years experience performing the functions of a similar position in a 5 star hotel, high-profile restaurant, or similar
• Have a strong capability and consistency to follow company hygiene regulations and  food safety program
• Intermediate level English verbal and writing skills, including the proper use of English grammar is required
