Job Description / Summary :
The Galley Attendant is responsible to support all areas of the Food Operations department and work alongside the Chefs washing dishes & silverware, keeping the galley clean and learning how a kitchen works from the ground up.

Work Function & Responsibilities :
- Operates, maintains equipment, china, glassware, and other galley items as well as dishwashing areas
- Responsible in Galley Cleanliness and Sanitation
- Monitoring & maintain onboard sanitation and hygiene standard for impeccable cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness
- Clean all kitchen equipment and machines. Assists with transporting food, provision, china, and other supplies as needed.
- Assist Chef / Manager as needed
Requirements :
- Education : Possess High School / Diploma in Hospitality or related field
- Has minimum 1 years experience performing the functions of a similar position in a 5 star hotel, high-profile restaurant, or similar
- Have a strong capability and consistency to follow company hygiene regulations and food safety program
- Intermediate level English verbal and writing skills, including the proper use of English grammar is required
