Manage incoming enquiries for Scuba Diving Resort bookings by phone and e-mail
Excellent understanding of air ticket and hotel reservation system: Answer questions about itineraries, rates / packages, prepare invoices outlining rates
Ensure availability, provide suggestions to clients, suggest travel destination and Cottage options
Process booking confirmation providing a detailed program and price quotation, handle refund or discounts to clients.
Liaison between guest and property owner to resolve complaints
Excellent capability in making tour and proposal based on client request.
Maintain high quality of service and timely execution
Maintain good reporting
Answer guest inquiries about resort services, prices & facilities, hours of operation, and local area & attractions.
Book room reservations while focusing on maximizing room revenue and average rate using standard rate quoting scenario at all times. Up sell rooms when possible and Send confirmations.
