Job Description

    Responsibility

    • Following the latest food regulation nationally and internationally
    • Continues review, improvement, and benchmark regarding the product package, ingredients, process and quality.
    • Responsible as management representative according to product certification
    • Assure the ongoing production process is in line with the company standard (SOP, GMP, HACCP)
    • Understand and handle the RSPO
    • Implement the government rules and regulation regarding the health, safety & environment
    • Analyze training & certification needs for QM & HSE cooperate with HCD
    • Maintain the awareness of HSE towards employee & contractors
    • Monitoring the HSE tools & equipment such as Fire System Protection, APAR, etc
    • Create scheduled HSE implementation report to external and government agency (UKL/IPL, P2K3)
    • Assure the overall QM & HSE system is implemented continuously

    Requirements

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field
    • Bachelor or Master degree (preferable) in Chemical Technology, Food Technology, Pharmacy and other related major
    • Competent to handle Food Safety Quality laboratory, or Food Industry, or Pharmacy Industry, or Chemicals industry, or Beverages Industry and related.
    • Responsible and good knowledge in operate Quality Management System, Government environment regulation and Environment Management System.
    • Good knowledge and manage in handling export product and understand worldwide food regulatory.
    • Match personality, good team leader, tough and good managerial.
    • Experienced in FMCG field is preferable
    • Possess the ISO 22000 / GMP & ISO 9001, SMK3 and other mandatory certification is preferable
